1. MarketRazor Service
MarketRazor provides standardized systematic trading strategy access, software functionality, technical tools, automation guidance and educational materials.
The initial MarketRazor offering may include access to MarketRazor MNQ and associated TradingView and TradersPost setup materials.
MarketRazor may update, modify, replace or discontinue features or strategies as the service evolves.
2. No Individualized Advice
MarketRazor does not provide individualized financial, investment, tax, legal or commodity trading advice.
MarketRazor does not determine whether a particular strategy is appropriate for an individual subscriber.
Subscribers remain solely responsible for their own trading decisions and account settings.
3. Subscriber Responsibilities
Subscribers are responsible for maintaining required third-party accounts, maintaining accurate account information, protecting account credentials, configuring position sizing and automation settings, monitoring brokerage accounts, understanding futures trading risk, complying with brokerage and exchange requirements, and determining whether and when to use live trading.
4. Paper Trading
MarketRazor strongly recommends that subscribers validate MarketRazor strategy alerts and the complete execution workflow in a paper-trading environment before considering live trading.
Successful paper trading does not guarantee successful live trading.
5. Third-Party Services
MarketRazor may rely upon or integrate with third-party technology including TradingView, TradersPost, brokerage platforms and market-data providers.
MarketRazor does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, security or execution performance.
Third-party costs are separate from MarketRazor membership unless expressly stated otherwise.
