REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
MarketRazor is committed to providing standard strategy access and precision technology. We maintain a transparent process for subscritpion management and cancellations to ensure member satisfaction.
1. SUBSCRIPTION BILLING
Memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your subscription fee grants access to the MarketRazor MNQ strategy alerts and onboarding resources for the duration of your billing cycle.
2. CANCELLATION PROCESS
You may cancel your membership at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles, and you will retain access to the strategy until the end of your current paid period.
3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Due to the proprietary nature of our systematic trading logic and the immediate access to strategy alerts and setup materials, we generally do not offer refunds. We encourage all prospective members to review our strategy descriptions fully before joining.
